Coming from Houston on I-10:

About 13 miles past Sealy, exit onto FM 949.  Turn right to go north on 949.  Go about 1 mile and turn left onto FRELSBURG Rd. Go approx. 1 1/2 miles until the road T's.  Turn to your left at the T onto MENTZ RD.  You'll only go about 100 feet to PINEY WOODS RD. on your right.  Turn right and follow Piney Woods all the way to the end of the road.  Where the road deadends there will be a subdivision gate on your left.  Enter the subdivision (a dirt road) and go straight until the road curves around to the right on the far side of the lake.  Once you curve to the right you'll see the cedar house.
